Frequence is looking for a passionate and talented Client Success Manager to join our Mountain View-based Client Success team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners throughout the United States.
  • Leverage data and analytics to regularly contribute to platform improvement.
  • Proactively lead account planning process that develops performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones.
  • Own and drive revenue with strategic accounts.
  • Daily contact with digital sales and operations teams.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide ongoing training to client sales teams of Frequence products.

Organizational Alignment

  • Reports to the Head, Client Success
  • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a client-facing role at an online media company or digital agency/trading desk.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gauge region performance and trends from data.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
