Mountain View, CA Temporary to Full Time Creative Department Entry Level

Mid-sized start up, specializing in localized digital advertising seeks Creative Operations person to manage creative brief intake, edit, create/refine taglines, and QA ads.

Our creative team is dynamic, diverse and hard working. We look to push boundaries of what’s possible and have created technology to support our efforts when there is none available. We seek solutions and efficiency and have a great time with each other.


  • Manage incoming creative briefs
  • Communicate with internal and external clients, designers and managers
  • QA ads to ensure briefs are followed, taglines are correct and spelling errors are corrected
  • Identify and escalate bad design to Art Director/Creative Director
  • Work with team leads to manage daily deadlines
  • Write or edit ad copy and headlines for maximum impact


  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • A degree in English, Communications or Marketing
  • Zero tolerance for errors


  • Experience working with designers
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat
  • Familiarity with project management tools
